Palladium was acknowledged at the UK Digital Experience Awards on 12th July, for their efforts and improvements in digital experience over the past year.
Palladium is delighted to have won an award for the Best Digital Change & Transformation – Project/Platform category, in partnership with BTG, a global healthcare company, whose products advance the treatment of cancer and vascular conditions.
Palladium’s award-winning initiative was focused on helping BTG, a FTSE 250 company, who had the unique challenge of efficiently manufacturing and managing the supply chain for a liver cancer treatment to reach patients just in time. BTG was scaling rapidly, with uptake of the treatment across the US, Canada, EMEA and APAC and their manual processes were no longer fit for purpose. Palladium, alongside the client, designed and built a new ordering and supply chain platform, TOP, focused around user design and process automation, to streamline the ordering process.
We're delighted to have received this recognition from our industry peers. The credit is down to the hard work the Palladium service design team, along with BTG have put in over the last 18 months to deliver this significant, meaningful change.
The creation and implementation of the new TOP platform has allowed BTG to process orders in 1/5th the time, allowing them to maintain headcount in their customer service department, and significantly scale their business. The product has also helped substantially reduce manual errors in ordering and enabled clearer oversight of product levels and the ability to build and ship the product. The resulting digital platform has been fundamental in transforming the company’s operational capabilities and ensuring patients always receive the vital treatment they need.
It was great to see the value of the TOP software formally recognised. I'd like to thank the Palladium team for all their creativity and productivity during the development of the software. The TOP platform has ensured a more reliable, accurate, and scalable model for us to supply just in time liver cancer treatments to patients worldwide.
On the day of the awards, hundreds of people gathered at the Park Plaza Riverbank in London to compete for a coveted series of prizes and share the very best ideas from the world of technology. Everyone in attendance enjoyed a memorable awards ceremony, gaining a greater appreciation for how organisations can create simpler, more meaningful digital experiences for their customers.
Palladium and BTG impressed the judges with their presentation, condensing a complex range of working practices into a concise, engaging 15-minute pitch.
Thank you to Awards International for organising the event, and we look forward to entering next year to win gold.
