Palatine Private Equity approached Palladium to undertake a digital due diligence analysis of a target within the insurance market.
The project was used to assess the target’s SEO and PPC maturity and establish the relative opportunity to further develop this and drive business growth through online channels.
The Palladium team analysed and delivered recommendations on channel specific performance and strategies, across PPC and SEO. In addition, Palladium reviewed the target’s wider digital capabilities (across website, targeting and analytics) in order to isolate priority areas and growth opportunities.
The impact of suggested recommendations was expressed in metric values where possible, trying the value of the digital opportunities, processes and strategies back to revenue potential.
Key findings & results
The findings from our due diligence were used by Palatine to inform their investment decision. Upside opportunities and revenue uplift estimates were used to establish the investment required to drive digital growth.
