What attracted you to Palladium?
Speaking to James Prebble, what became immediately obvious was the sheer ambition of their vision for Palladium. The chance to help drive Palladium’s journey forward towards their long-term vision is just an incredible opportunity.
What will your new role be at Palladium?
My focus will be leading due diligence processes with Dan Shreeve, using my digital expertise and experience with private equity clients to further enhance Palladium’s outstanding digital due diligence service.
What do you hope to achieve at Palladium?
Adding to Palladium’s market-leading diligence service is my first focus. From there, I’m incredibly excited to contribute to the company initiatives to help achieve Palladium’s long-term vision.
Tell us a bit about what you were doing before starting at Palladium?
The last year has seen incredible amounts of consumer deals in the last 12 months especially after a sustained period of limited activity, so I’ve spent most of my recent history on back-to-back processes. I wouldn’t want it any other way!

What is your biggest achievement in your career to date?
When I look back at the processes I’ve been involved in, I’m proud of the variety of assets I’ve worked on; whether that’s product, sector, business model or geography. To be able to provide valuable insight considerate of the various unique factors in play is something that provides a great level of satisfaction.
What do you like doing when you’re not in the office?
In better days, I would be keeping active through football and tennis, but currently, I’m spending time at the piano and I’ve just finished watching the outstanding Twin Peaks. I love being transported by great story telling in all forms, whether this is through picking up a book, TV or firing up the Xbox.
I once met…
Roger Federer. I used to work in hospitality during the Wimbledon championships a while back. The players have special routes to navigate the premises to avoid the crowds, so as I was taking out the recycling, Roger walked by and said, “Great job!” I’m unsure on his authority in this matter but praise from Caesar is praise indeed.
If you could pick one superpower, what would it be?
Time Manipulation. When I watched “Groundhog Day” I loved the part where Bill Murray becomes incredibly skilled at ice sculpting, playing piano and speaking French, through living the same day repeatedly. While a great example of what you could do with this ability it’s unlikely this was supposed to be the take-home messaging from the film.
Tea or Coffee?
I love iced coffees and it disappoints me to no end that most café only offers these in summer.
What one item couldn’t you live without?
Eyemask and earplugs. A good night’s sleep can’t be overstated. Unfortunately, I’m a light sleeper and almost anything will wake me up!
