James Prebble: Congratulations on your recent promotion to Senior Manager, Hope. How are you feeling about this next step in your career?
Hope Pritchard: Thank you! I’m genuinely excited about stepping into this new role. It’s been quite a journey since I joined Palladium as a graduate, and I’m grateful for the opportunities and support I’ve received along the way. I’m looking forward to contributing even more to the team and our clients in this next chapter.
James Prebble: What aspects of Palladium Group’s culture or values have been most meaningful to you during your journey here, and how have they influenced your professional growth?
Hope Pritchard: One of the standout things about Palladium’s culture is how open it is to everyone’s perspectives and ideas. It’s definitely an environment that sets you up for growth, giving you the freedom to try new things and express your opinions, knowing they’ll be heard. I started at Palladium fresh out of university, and over the past seven years, I’ve progressed from graduate to Senior Manager. That journey wouldn’t have been possible without the support of not just senior colleagues, but also my peers. The flat structure here means that roles and hierarchy aren’t as important as mutual respect, everyone is treated equally, regardless of job title. That’s what makes Palladium such a great place to work.
James Prebble: As you step into your new Senior Manager role, what unique skills or perspectives do you bring to the team, and how do you plan to leverage them for our clients?
Hope Pritchard: I’d say my strengths definitely lie in delivery and execution, I like to get things done. I’m not a fan of just sitting around and talking; I prefer action. With the direction the business is heading, and with clients increasingly focused on results, I think my ability to quickly assess a client’s situation, understand their challenges and aspirations, and then develop a plan to get them from where they are to where they want to be, is more important than ever. I’m committed to measuring success and outcomes along the way, ensuring we deliver real value.
James Prebble: Looking ahead, what excites you most about the opportunities and challenges of your new position?
Hope Pritchard: I’m really excited to be in a position where I can help shape Palladium’s direction in this new phase, with more responsibility and leadership than I’ve had before. My personal ambitions align closely with Palladium’s future goals and the needs of our clients, which is motivating. Of course, stepping into a new role with increased responsibility brings a mix of excitement and a bit of nervousness, but I’m looking forward to the challenge and to whatever comes my way.
