Sarah Lemon appointed Director of Delivery Assurance

By Jarrah Lowe,

We're delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Lemon as Director of Delivery Assurance.

Sarah joins us with 20 years of experience covering a diverse set of roles in global corporate technology. Most recently, Sarah lead Partner Programs and Enablement globally at Sage. Prior to working with Channel Partners, her experience centred around the delivery of complex change initiatives, building and leading successful delivery teams.

Sarah will be leading delivery assurance at Palladium and developing our value proposition and capability in this space.

What attracted you to Palladium?

I have worked with both Mark Lewis and James Prebble previously, myself on the client side and Mark and James as consultants supporting a global transformational change programme. While the programme was complex and challenging, we achieved our goals and had fun while we were doing it. Mark and James have established an incredible culture at Palladium, and when I considered this, coupled with the diversity of clients we engage with across the PE asset lifecycle, it was an opportunity too good to miss.

What will your new role be at Palladium?

I’ll be leading delivery assurance and developing our value proposition and capability in this space. Palladium has a proven delivery methodology that works, and my aim is to make this more accessible across our propositions providing all of our consultants, and our clients with the processes, tools and templates they need to be successful.

What do you hope to achieve at Palladium?

I’d like to make it easier for us to scale while keeping the culture and values that make us so good at what we do. Recognising great practice and making it repeatable, and ensuring our clients know that we’ll deliver organisational change with compassion.

Tell us a bit about what you were doing before starting at Palladium?

Most recently I lead a global team of channel experts, developing frameworks supporting our Channel Partners to grow. This included the deployment of global sales enablement training, and the delivery of the Partner Hub, enabling partners easy access to the sales and marketing material supporting their GTM efforts

What is your biggest achievement in your career to date?

Working with Mark I lead a programme to deliver an entirely new contact centre within a global organisation. The timescales were fast, 16 weeks, and the plan included definition of new GTM processes, establishing a new team across marketing sales and service and the deployment of a new technology stack. Our contact centre was ready to go to support the launch of a new cloud product.

What do you like doing when you’re not working?

I run a lot, but find I need to mix this up with lower impact options and have started to include HIIT and yoga into my weekly routine. I love to ski, I took to it a bit late and it still terrifies nearly as much as I enjoy it, but I am really looking forward to a time when ski holidays are a reality again.

I’m one of those people that has adopted a Pandemic Pooch. Rumi is a cocker spaniel puppy, she’s a bundle of energy and a lot of fun. We’re adapting very well to working from home and love our lunchtime walks and venturing a little further at the weekends.

If you could pick one superpower, what would it be?

This is topical, and hopefully it won’t be needed from later this year. I’d like to have Covid-19 immunity so I could see family and friends safely. If I could pass it on to others that would be even better.

Tea or Coffee?

Coffee, coffee, coffee! Those that know me best know how risky it is to try and talk to me before my first cup of the day!

What one item couldn’t you live without?

My phone, especially at the moment. It’s so difficult feeling connected through the pandemic and having instant access to the people I care about is so important.
