Palladium win silver at UK Digital Experience Awards 2020

We're excited to announce that we won silver at the UK Digital Experience Awards for our digital change and transformation work with debt firm Bristow & Sutor.

For the second year running, we've been recognised for our digital transformation expertise. This year, for our work with Soverign Capital Partner's Bristow & Sutor, for the development of an innovation culture, modern technology stack and the process to leverage data sets to transform debt collection services and the debtor experience.

Bristow & Sutor, a debt collections group, had developed more than 90 products internally, over time, in response to varying client demands. However, they realised these products were no longer sustainable for a company who looked to scale under new private equity ownership.

Palladium were appointed to work with the business to design and implement a new and agile service offering and debt collection platform to support the business as it went through a period of rapidly growth.

The process improvements and automation benefits Palladium provided have already led to an 80% reduction in lost cases, leading to £180,000 worth of increased revenue. Personalisation and multi-channel strategy benefits, meanwhile, will lead to a £2.17m revenue uplift and £158,000 cost savings from the reduction of physical letters sent, while analytics and intelligence benefits have led to a £590,000 cost saving from optimised routing.

About the awards

The UK Digital Experience Awards honor the organisations, teams and individuals providing exceptional customer experience through the use of digital technology. This is our second year entering the awards, and the second win for Palladium. We also won gold for our use of data analytics and insight with Mercia Asset Management PLC-backed Pure Pet Food.
