We're thrilled to announce that we won gold at the UK Digital Experience Awards for our use of data analytics and insight for PE-backed Pure Pet Food.
Our winning initiative with Mercia Asset Management PLC portfolio, Pure Pet Food, saw us build an advanced data and analytics engine to give the business a competitive advantage in the fast-growing and increasingly competitive pet food market.
Palladium was able to build an advanced data and analytics engine that gave the business insight into revenue contribution by customer at a channel, advert and campaign level. Manipulating a number of disparate data sets, ultimately housing them into a central analytics engine, equipped the business with a level of insight into their advertising that was used to drive exceptional – and more importantly – sustainable growth.
We're delighted to have be recognised at this years digital customer experience awards. To win both a gold and a silver, in what were two very competitive categories is a fantastic achievement. All credit should go to our team and our clients who collectively have had the vision, ambition and appetite to deliver these projects. It's wonderful to see them recognised in this way.
About the awards
The UK Digital Experience Awards honor the organisations, teams and individuals providing exceptional customer experience through the use of digital technology. This is our second year entering the awards, and the second win for Palladium. We also won silver for our digital change & transformation work with Sovereign Capital Partners-backed Bristow & Sutor.
