This is our second year as finalists, having won an award last year for Best Digital Change & Transformation - Project/Platform, for our work with a FTSE 250 company, who had the unique challenge of efficiently manufacturing and managing the supply chain for a liver cancer treatment.
Palladium, alongside the client, designed and built a new ordering and supply chain platform, focused around user design and process automation, to streamline the ordering process. The resulting digital product transformed the company's operational capabilities, ensuring patients always receive the vital treatment they need.
