Co-founder and CEO of Palladium Digital, James has overseen the growth of Palladium from ambitious start-up to the multi-award winning, global digital consultancy it is today. A successful exit to Next15 group in 2019 was a notable highlight in this journey and today James continues to lead the business as it enters its next phase of growth.
A regular speaker on the Private Equity event circuit, keen contributor to investor podcasts, current course director at the BVCA and serial judge at the UK digital experience awards, James also finds time to provide non-exec support to a couple of private equity back businesses.
James started his digital career in the innovation team at Cancer Research UK, before taking on the digital strategy director role at a leading London agency, which during his tenure won the coveted title, Digital strategy agency of the year at the Drum Agency awards. Following his time in the agency world, his career moved into digital transformation consultancy where he led digital transformation engagements for ATOS, Boxwood and KPMG, working on complex and ambitious digital programmes for Sage, Argos, Wilko and Manchester Airport.
When not immersed in the world of digital and technology James is found either on the golf course, where he is a keen but distinctly average player, or ferrying his two daughters around to their various weekend activities.
